Egypt: Day 5
September 20, 2022

Above: Small images and hieroglyphs below the image of Ramesses II killing Hittite prisoners.

1 to 4 are images and hieroglyphs, primarily of Ramesses II in battle ... spearing and riding a chariot battling Syrian enemies at the Battle
of Kadesh, in #1 and #2, slaying Hittites in #3, and at sea in #4.

5 shows a series of gods in an alcove ... on the right side, with Ra seated, Thoth (god of judgement, science and magic) on the far right and Osiris
in the middle. On the left side, Amun is seated, not sure of the other two.

6 and 7 shows walking through the second Small Pillared Hall, after the Great Hall.

8 shows four statues in the Bark Sanctuary at the back of the temple ... gods Ptah and Ra, Ramesses II, then the god Amun.

9 to 11 show the hieroglyphs and falcon and mummified statues at the base of the two huge Ramesses statues on the right of the temple entrance.
