1 and 2 show the Kasbah Mosque, and a crane who has made a nest on top of a building.

3 and 4 show the Chamber of the Mihrab in the Saadian Tombs. A Mihrab is a niche in the wall of a mosque that indicates the qibla, the direction of the Kaaba in Mecca towards which Muslims should face when praying

5 to 7 show the Chamber of the Twelve Columns, the location of the Mausoleum of Ahmad al-Mansur. At the very center of the room is the tombstone of Ahmad al-Mansur, who died in 1603. To his immediate right is the tombstone of his son, Sultan Moulay Zidan (died 1627), and to his immediate left is the tombstone of Sultan Muhammad al-Shaykh al-Saghir (died 1655). Also in this room are the tombs of al-Mansur's wife, Lalla Aisha as-Shabaniyya (died 1623) and of Sultan Abd al-Malik II (died 1631).

8 to 10 show the Chamber of Lalia Mas'uda, the little tomb chamber at the back of the Grand Chamber in front. The tiles here and in the Chamber of Twelve Columns are all hand made called Zellij, with stucco walls often ornately carved.

11 are the gardens in the Saadian Tombs.
