1 ... shows the group tasting the natural coffee, and by the way, boiling water should not be used in the brewing process, hot water should.

2 ... shows the time beans should be roasted for various flavours.

4 ... shows Maria inviting tour members to try three coffees (I preferred the honey roast, which actually includes no honey) and the stellar hot chocolate.

5 to 7 ... our small group returned to our hotel, and then had lunch on our next tour to the La Fortuna Waterfalls. Rice is served at every meal, including breakfast, and this rice dish was especially good, as was the Costa Rican style fried chicken.
