Soul Meets Symphony

Rosa and Steve took me to Soul Meets Symphony, a presentation at Casa Loma in Toronto of soul, disco and other classics, originally from such artists as The Temptations,
Stevie Wonder, Al Green, Gloria Gaynor, Sam Cooke and even The Guess Who. The night was fronted by singer Sean Jones and Casa Loma Symphony Orchestra band leader Paolo Busato,
with featured guest singers such as Divine Brown, Cleopatra Williams and Jackie Richardson. Highlights of the evening included Sean's versions of A Change Is Gonna Come and
These Eyes, Cleopatra's I Will Survive, and especially Jackie and Sean's version of Billy Paul's Me and Mrs. Jones. Here are a few pictures from the evening.
