On Day 4, a bus left the resort for El Valle de Anton (the Anton Valley), about an hour drive northeast. The town of Anton is inside the rim of a massive ancient volcano ... to us it looked like a valley inside of mountains all around it. We began at the Nispero zoo just north of Anton. We then took a drive to Chorro el Macho, a 35 metre high waterfall at the end of a path into the forest. We ended with about an hour to spend in Anton, and spent a good chunk of it at the Sunday market, with copious fresh fruits and vegetables, and lots of handmade artifacts. Then we went home.

to 3 show views around the Playa Farallón.

is the Nega Nega pool.

is the Rio Hato airport where we first landed in Panama.

to 11 are homes along the roads to the Anton Valley in the Las Uvas area.
