Naxos
July 15, 2018

On Day 4, continuing the tour after lunch, the bus went up north though the mountains to the resort town at the northern most point of Naxos, Apollonas. After an hour stay there, we checked out the Apollonas Kouros, a large unfinished statue up the hill from the town. And then it was back to Chora just after 6 p.m. To end the day, there was souvlaki in town and sunset at the Portara by the Temple of Apollo.
