1 shows the Sacred Lake, created by Thutmose III, represents the world before time began. The priests used water from the sacred lake to
perform rituals in the temple.

2 and 3 show statues of father and son, Tuthmose III and Amenhotep II on the left, and others on the right by the Seventh Pylon.

4 The Ninth Pylon ... the gentleman on the right leads us into a cordoned off area by the colossal statues by the Eighth Pylon. Does he work here?
No, he's just looking to receive a bit of money in return.

5 shows the Colossal statues at the Eighth Pylon, Nefertari on the left, Ramesses II on the right.

6 the left side at one enter Karnak, of the First Pylon.

7 is the sunset as we leave Karnak.

8 shows the view from our bus of Luxor Temple.

9 shows the Ahmed Negm Mosque.
