The Senior Girls Volleyball Cardinals opened their Tier One season at home against Cardinal Ambrozic. The Cardinals opened the match with a solid 25-20 win in the first set with
solid serving and good hitting. In the seocnd set, the team did not play at their best, with missed spikes and weaker defence, in a 25-15 loss. But in the deciding third set, the
team played their best volleyball of the match, with fine serving, solid defence and winning spikes in a 15-10 win, and an overall 2-1 victory.
