The Senior Boys Volleyball Cardinals came off a tournament victory on the weekend to face the Cardinal Leger Lancers in the Aquinas gym. The squad dominated the first set 25-8,
but fell behind in the second set due to the Lancers playing much better and the Cardinals not being as sharp and not putting their serves and spikes in the court. But the
resilient Cardinals came back to win the set 25-23, and take the match in straight sets 2-0.
Their record in Tier One is now 2-0 and a share of first place in the Central Division.
