Girls Softball Championship

The St. Thomas Aquinas Girls Softball team captured their 4th straight ROPSSAA championship, with a thrilling 3-2 win over St. Francis Xavier Tigers in the semi-finals, and
a 5-4 nailbating win in the finals against Gonzaga Bulldogs. The team has gone 63-0 in the past four years. Marie Sobrepena is the only player
on the squad to have been there for all four championships. Congratulations to the girls and the coaches for their continuing skill, effort and massive success.
Pages 1 to 3 are from the opening round win 12-0 over Heart Lake, and the quarter-final win over 11-0 over Central Peel on May 31. Pages 4-7 are from the semi-finals and
championship game. The pictures were provided by Mrs. Teoh and taken by girls on the team.
