Iceland
July 2009

The top panoramic is a view across Tjornin Pond, featuring the Frikirijan Church in the center. Pictures one through four are from the Austurvollur Square, including the statue of Jon Sigurdsson, who helped bring independence to the Iceland republic, the patio of the Cafe Paris, and inside the Vid Tjomina Restaurant. Pictures five and six are at the Botanical Gardens. Pictures seven through fourteen are views at the Arbaejafsafn Museum. Picture fifteen is the fountain in Tjornin Pond. Picture sixteen is at the Prime Minister residence Stornaradid, where the statue of the King of Denmark is shoving the new constitution in the posterior of the first home-ruler Hannes Hafstein, a shot somewhat recreated from the film 101 Reykjavik.
