The Aquinas Indoor Soccer League held its championship game after school in the gym. 2nd place Real Madrid faced off against 3rd place Manchester City.
Real Madrid opened up a quick lead and went into half-time 3-1. But two own-goals in the 2nd half knotted the score at 3-3 with more than 12 minutes to play.
With less than two minutes remaining, Real Madrid scored an unusual goal, but it was called back due to goaltender interference. Seconds later, on a similar play,
Manchester City scored in a goal mouth scramble, but the goal stood, earning a 4-3 victory in controversial fashion. Here are a few pictures from the match.
